What will be deleted

We delete or anonymize account profile data, creator cell profile data where applicable, non-essential messages and personal account information connected to the request.

What may be retained

Order records, payment status, invoices, dispute records, safety logs and legal records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, refunds, chargebacks or legal compliance.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
